Rumoured Chelsea target Sasa Kalajdzic has revealed he would need an offer that ‘really impresses’ him if he is to move this summer.
Kalajdzic has been linked with a move to the Premier League for the last few months after an impressive season with Stuttgart that saw him likened to Erling Haaland.
Chelsea are the latest club to have been named as suitors, with them on the hunt for a new striker this summer and the Norwegian reportedly at the top of their list.
He is proving hard to get out of Borussia Dortmund, though, and so recent reports have indicated they are looking elsewhere.
The obvious solution would be the man who has been labelled the next Haaland in Germany, Kalajdzic, and several reports have indicated they could make a move if they eventually give up on the Norway star.
So far, Stuttgart have been calm about the speculation, with director of football Sven Mislintat recently declaring he wasn’t concerned by the rumours about Chelsea’s interest.
It seems Kalajdzic is of a similar mindset to his club, although he has hinted he would be open to a move if the right offer is made to him.
“Of course, I can imagine extending my contract,” Kleine Zeitung report him saying.
“But that would also have to fit. It’s not just me who decides that; it’s also decided by others.
“Something would have to come along that would just fit, and then we’ll see. If there’s something that really impresses me, where I say I want to do that, then I’ll do it.
“I am relaxed. I don’t really think about it much. I’m just here right now, having fun with my friends and trying to prepare for every single training session.”
