Moise Kean was in the news for wrong reasons after the Everton forward broke the lockdown rules to hold a party at his house.
The 20-year-old was heavily criticised for it and the incident has also intensified rumours linking him with a move away from Goodison Park.
Major Italian newspapers are talking about the possibility of the former Juventus man returning to Serie A in the summer.
AS Roma are credited with an interest in the player and Nicolò Zaniolo’s father talked about the possibility of the Toffees attacker joining the Giallorossi.
Ezio Sella managed Roma’s youth team, became the first team assistant manager and was even head coach for a brief period in 1997. He had multiple spells with the Italian club between 1993 and 2004, and the former coach has now given a piece of transfer advice to Paulo Fonseca’s side.
Speaking to TuttoMercatoWeb, Sella has urged Roma to not sign Kean in the summer.
“There’s no question about his qualities, but I have doubts about his behaviour and his character,” Sella explained.
“From what we have seen at Juve, Everton and in the national team, he has had unsuitable attitudes for a footballer who has to work in a great club.
“Before taking a strong player, you need to focus on professionalism in the head and in the way of interpreting the job. The qualities emerge later. If I had to choose, I wouldn’t take him.”
Kean has one goal and two assists in 26 appearances in all competitions for the Merseyside club this season.
