Olympiacos winger Georgios Masouras has spoken to Greek radio station ‘Radio Club’ and expressed his thoughts about the game against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Europa League.

The Greek champions will travel to Molineux in August for the second tie of the Last 16 Round of the Europa League after the first game between the two sides ended in a 1-1 draw.

Speaking about the Wolves game, the 26 year old said they will treat the match as a ‘final’ and he explained: “The game with Wolves is a final for us. We want to give all we have to reach the quarter-finals of the competition.

“I am constantly watching Wolves’ matches. They are a very good and a solid team but I believe we will find a solution to eliminate them.”

Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have the advantage of an away goal ahead of the return tie, but Pedro Martins’ team are also capable of overturning the deficit, as they did against Arsenal in the last round.

With Olympiacos wrapping up the league title weeks ago, and with Wolves still with a league placement to fight for, the Greek side will go into the tie with a fresh team.
