Fulham’s Rodrigo Muniz remains hopeful Andreas Pereira can fulfil his dreams that he has set for his career. The striker has been speaking to UOL, and they asked him what it’s like to play alongside the 29-year-old midfielder.

When responding to that, Muniz hinted his Fulham teammate may be looking for a move away from Marco Silva’s side.

“Every No.9’s dream is to play with a No.10 like Andreas. The quality he has… he’s a complete player,” he said.

“I’m happy to be here with him, I hope he can achieve the dreams he has for his career, but for now I want to enjoy him here with me. We understand each other very well, there are moves I make that he already knows where I’m going.”

Palmeiras were keen on signing the former Manchester United man in the winter market, but he refused to join them. Nottingham Forest and Marseille made offers for him last summer.

Earlier this month, we covered claims from Brazil which stated Nottingham Forest, and the Ligue 1 club are back in the mix to sign Pereira in the summer window.

The Brazil international midfielder has just over a year left on his contract, with an option for another year. Earlier claims have reported he has no plans to sign a new contract with Fulham.

Three days ago, Pereira said he hasn’t made a decision on where he wants to play next season. He also refused to categorically commit himself to the Premier League club.
