Liverpool are set to give Wisla Krakow youngster Bartosz Matogi a trial in the coming weeks, according to reports in the Polish media. The 14 year old has impressed for the Polish club’s youth team in the past 12 months, and was their player of the year of the year last season.

Akademiawisly have revealed Matogi will travel to England this month to be put through his paces by Liverpool with his date of arrival being 11th November. The goalkeeper will be analysed by the Liverpool coaching staff over a period of nine days before returning to Poland.

Matogi has made a lot of progression in the past year after he joined Wisla Krakow last summer. His performances for his club have earned call ups to the Poland national youth side, and he also impressed in the Four Nations Tournament in Myślenice.

The young goalkeeper will be also joined in England by his club and youth international teammate Kacper Masnego, who is set to have a three day trial with Aston Villa.
