Arsenal youngster Max Dowman is the latest name to keep an eye on in future and will play for England at some point.
That’s according to Arsenal coach Gustavo Oliveira, who has prised the 14-year-old in an interview with Premier League Brasil.
Arsenal have become synonymous with developing young talent down the years, with a long line of players having come through the academy to star in the first team.
Bukayo Saka is the shining example of the quality in their youth ranks at this moment in time but players such as Cesc Fabregas, Hector Bellerin and Emile Smith Rowe have all come through over the years.
Indeed, this season has seen the rise of Ethan Nwaneri, who was handed his debut aged just 15 in September 2022 but is now part of the first-team squad after the departure of Eddie Nketiah.
Developing talent is a point of pride for the club and their fans and the Arsenal faithful are always on the lookout for the net big talent who could be a future fan favourite.
Well, according to Oliveira, who works as an assistant coach at Arsenal in the Under-9 to Under-14 categories, believes that player is Max Dowman.
“He plays in Kaká’s style. He can write his name. One day, he will play for the England national team and in the Premier League,” he said when asked to name a player to keep an eye on.
