Paris Saint-Germain star Ousmane Dembélé will be left out of the squad to face Arsenal, according to multiple claims from France.
The winger has scored four goals and registered four assists from seven matches this season. That includes an assist in PSG’s 3-1 win over Stade Rennais last Friday.
PSG will take on Arsenal at the Emirates on Tuesday. RMC Sport now state the 27-year-old will not be part of the travelling squad going to London.
They have found out from sources close to the club that the France international hasn’t picked up an injury, but is out for another reason.
RMC Sport’s claim is backed up by L’Equipe, who then provide an insight into why Luis Enrique has taken this decision.
It’s claimed there was a ‘heated argument’ between the former Borussia Dortmund man and Luis Enrique following PSG’s win over Stade Rennais.
There’s no mention of what led to this incident, but the manager wasn’t pleased. Therefore, he has decided to drop Dembélé for the clash against Arsenal for ‘disciplinary reasons’.
