Fabio Paratici’s arrival at Tottenham Hotspur has resulted in various Serie A players linked to the north London club.
They signed Pierluigi Gollini and Cristian Romero from Atalanta in the summer, and more are expected to follow.
Reports from the Italian sports media are now discussing Paratici’s plans to bring Dejan Kulusevski to the Premier League.
Two days ago, Calciomerctao reported the Juventus player is ‘very popular in England’, where Spurs are said to be ‘above all’ others English sides.
It was even explained the 21-year-old is ‘no longer’ unsellable for the Turin club since he has struggled for regular minutes under Massimiliano Allegri, which has seen him manage only one league start.
The Sweden international’s lack of game time has also led to rumours of Juve wanting to cut ties with the attacking midfielder. There were even claims of Atalanta wanting to bring Kulusevski back to the club.
Sportbladet had a live chat with the player, during which he was specifically quizzed about the recent reports of Tottenham and Atalanta emerging as possible candidates.
Responding to that, Kulusevski said: “There will always be rumors when you play football. It’s good that more teams are interested, but that’s not something I think about. I only focus on the next match, otherwise you do not enjoy things.”
