Ansu Fati should soon be ready to play for Brighton & Hove Albion again, according to reports from the Catalan media.
Sport today features a story from Cadena SER’s show Què t’hi Jugues which says the winger is in ‘full recovery’ from his injury.
The report brings this ‘good news’ claiming that Fati is set to get back on playing for Brighton ‘earlier than expected’.
It’s highlighted that before getting injured, the winger managed to earn Roberto De Zerbi’s ‘total trust’, and is now ready to match the coach’s expectations again.
The reason the Catalan media is bringing the news is that Barcelona, who have Fati loaned to Brighton until the end of the season, are following the situation from close.
The Catalan side loaned the player with no buying option for the Seagulls, as there’s hope he’ll recover his football in the Premier League and maybe even get a fresh chance to feature for the Camp Nou side.
While at Brighton, Fati had four goals and one assist in 14 appearances so far, and now seems ready to improve those numbers when he does return from his injury.
