Daniel Muñoz has impressed for Crystal Palace this season.
He performed well for the side in their 1-1 draw against Chelsea at the weekend, and so far this season the Colombian has scored twice and assisted once.
The 28-year-old picked up four assists in the second half of last season and will want to do similar, or better, this time around.
Asked by TNT Sports Mexico about his future aspirations at Crystal Palace, he’s made clear his commitment to the Eagles and desire to help them further.
Muñoz said, as relayed by Caracol: “To continue growing, learning and improving, that is why I am preparing myself to give my best to this club, to the fans, to my family and to myself.
“I want to continue growing and leave this club at the top, to get out of those back positions and for the club to be where it deserves to be.”
The defender’s comments clearly suggest that he sees a future at Crystal Palace and has no intention of leaving in the near future.
Oliver Glasner’s side are 15th in the Premier League and only five points clear of relegation, so there’s work to as Muñoz clearly knows.
Muñoz should have a big role to play in the rest of the season, and he’s clearly up for the task of helping Crystal Palace get where they want to be.
