Over the past couple of weeks The Sun have been firing out transfer exclusives like a machine gun. The English newspaper appear to know the wants of many clubs, whether that be in England, Spain or Italy.

There’s a couple of ways of looking at this, and one of those is overwhelmingly obvious, but the stories still spread widely.

One of the latest claims is that West Ham and Crystal Palace are in a ‘transfer fight’ for Sandro Wagner ‘who wants out of Bayern Munich’.

Bild have quickly picked it up and first they explain the player’s style may well suit English football. They add that Galatasaray and Bundesliga clubs want the 30 year old.

Whilst it’s accepted Wagner will be frustrated with his game time this season, it’s also pointed out the player was eager to return to ‘his’ Bayern Munich and move his family to the area, where he’s from.

This month, the player has explained he’s going nowhere: “I have signed my contract in full awareness here for two and a half years and I’m going to go through with that too! I’m a guy who gives gas (gives everything). Since the summer I give even more gas, because I just want to have the last years of my career again in full throttle. I feel good in Munich. Every time I come to Säbener Straße, I know what I’m doing for it for. This is my club, since childhood. That’s why I have no other thoughts.”

If the striker does want out of Bayern Munich, he’s doing a good job of giving the opposite impression.
