According to a claim in the Turkish media, Fulham are still showing interest in Fenerbahce defender Jayden Oosterwolde.

The Dutchman has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks and along with Fulham, West Ham United, Brentford, Ipswich Town and Nottingham Forest have all been tracking the central defender.

Takvim reports on Fulham’s pursuit of the Fenerbahce player and they state the Premier League may have to pay as much as €30m to sign him this summer.

It’s claimed Fener’s sporting director Mario Branco has informed interested clubs they will not accept any bids lower than this.

However, it seems this hasn’t deterred Fulham and they have requested another meeting with the Super Lig club. Napoli are said to be in the running for Oosterwolde and also want to enter into more talks.

The Turkish media outlet say it’s not known whether the two clubs will match this new valuation. In reality it’s doubtful, and it’s also doubtful they’d need to.

He made 39 appearances for Fenerbahce last season, scoring two goals. The 23-year-old is contracted to the Yellow Canaries until June 2027.
