Takvim claim Fulham have made a €4.5m offer to sign Besiktas right back Gokhan Gonul.
Besiktas are looking to bolster their right back slot by signing Daniel Opare on a free transfer, but the interest from Fulham for Gonul has complicated things for the Turkish giants.
According to Takvim, Fulham are currently waiting on an answer from Besiktas as the club’s board consider the Premier League side’s bid.
Besiktas are not looking to sell any of their key players this summer but according to the Turkish newspaper say the Turkish giants could be tempted by Fulham’s offer.
The 33 year old Turkish international has been one of the most consistent players in the Super Lig in the last ten seasons after spells with Fenerbahce and Besiktas.
Gonul made over thirty league appearances for Besiktas last season and has two years left on his contract with the club.
