Fulham are trying to build a last minute deal to sign Sergi Enrich from Eibar, according to AS. The Spanish newspaper reports that Fulham are keen to sign the forward as a reinforcement in the winter window, and have already asked Eibar about the possibility.
Enrich’s buyout clause is €10m, and AS say Fulham ‘would be willing’ to reach that figure if it secured a transfer. Fulham’s personal terms offer to the player is described as ‘very juicy’ and AS believe he’d look favourably on the potential transfer should everything be sorted out.
The 26 year old has caught Fulham’s attention with some good performances this season, and he’s an important player for Eibar, which means they’d be reluctant to let him go. There may not be time to actually deposit the clause and do a deal that way, so Fulham may have to negotiate another way with Eibar if they want a deal done today.
