With Aaron Ramsey being pretty close to agreeing his deal to leave Arsenal for Juventus, either now or in the summer, Turin newspaper Tuttosport brings the latest details of the deal this Wednesday.
The outlet claims that Friday should be the decisive day for the transfer, as there will be a meeting in London to sort the final details.
Juventus are offering Ramsey a four-year contract, won which the midfielder will make €6.5m an year, with another possible €1.5m depending on performance bonuses.
Tuttosport says there’s ‘white smoke’ coming from Ramsey’s staff, but the time of the transfer still needs to be decided. The player is said to be ready to leave Arsenal in January, but he won’t force his way out.
Meanwhile, the Gunners are making no discount. They’re said to be demanding £20m for a deal, and are unlikely to change their mind.
Tuttosport says that other contacts may be decisive between today and Friday, but the transfer should soon be completed.
