Known to be on his way out from Valencia at the end of the season as he let his contract run down, Sofiane Feghouli seems to have found his next club.
Reported as signing for clubs all over Europe, including Inter Milan, Manchester United, Fenerbahce and even Sevilla, it would appear that West Ham did enough to convince the Algerian international to move to London next season.
According to L’Equipe on Monday morning, the Valencia right-winger will sign for the Hammers ‘barring any unforeseen circumstances’ and join Dimitri Payet at the Olympic Stadium.
Seemingly choosing the club where he believed he would get the most game time, Feghouli is said to have rejected a very financially important offer from China to team up with Slaven Bilic.
The 26-year-old made 33 appearances for the Spanish team last season, scoring five goals and picking up four assists in the process as Valencia finished 11th in La Liga.
