Watford are everywhere on Thursday.
There are claims in France, Italy and Spain about the Hornets moving for players.
In Spain it’s the Paco Alcacer story that won’t die, in Italy the club are said to have made a late off to loan Stefano Sturaro, and in France it’s Thiago Maia who has been pulled into the picture.
Maia has been repeatedly linked with a move to the Premier League this summer, with the main club involved being Newcastle United.
Newcastle have also made an offer, with Le10 suggesting it’s a similar figure, meanwhile, Lille are said to be holding out for a €25m transfer fee.
Le10 say, according to their sources, that Maia prefers a move to Newcastle United this summer.
There’s not long left for this one to come to fruition.
