As one might have expected, Thursday morning has been very, very busy, and it’s not even 10am.
A handful of clubs have left things rather late, among which are Manchester United, and the French media are reporting the Red Devils making a few approaches for some Paris Saint-Germain players.
L’Equipe stated José Mourinho and co. were interested in Layvin Kurzawa to bolster their left-back role, but that isn’t all.
Paris United join the fray and back up the French newspaper’s story, adding to it that Manchester United also asked the Ligue 1 champions about one of their midfielders: Adrien Rabiot.
Not exactly the club’s area of need, we’re not quite sure why they would have done this, as talented as the 23-year-old is, needing to bolster in other areas before 5pm on Thursday.
The answer Paris Saint-Germain gave isn’t revealed, but considering how important the midfielder has been in the past and how highly rated he is, our guess is going to be that it was a no.
