Part of the Caen team that failed to maintain their top flight status in Ligue 1 last year, Enzo Crivelli is expected to leave the newly relegated side for greener pastures.

The robust striker is, according to France Football, attracting attention in the Championship where both Cardiff City and Middlesbrough are reportedly interested.

This isn’t the first time Boro have been named alongside the 24-year-old, as a previous report from Yahoo! Sport back in June suggested they were keeping an eye on him.

Cardiff’s inclusion in this, however, appears to be new as they look for personnel that could help them immediately return to England’s elite after a disappointing 2018-19 campaign.

It isn’t exactly a surprise to see Crivelli linked with a move to England, as his attributes fit the physical aspect of the leagues, and it’s stated both the Bluebirds and Middlesbrough have ‘made first contacts’ with the forward.

Bursting onto the scene quite early in his career at Bordeaux, the striker scored six goals in 35 appearances in all competitions last year for Caen.
