Fotomac claim Fenerbahce are looking to sign Arsenal forward Alexandre Lacazette on a loan deal.

The Turkish club’s new president Ali Koc is set to appoint former Tottenham Hotspur sporting director Damien Comolli as the Yellow Canaries’ Head of Football, and he will target the Arsenal man.

According to Fotomac, Arsenal manager Unai Emery is looking to replace the France international with Valencia forward Rodrigo, which could open up a move to Fenerbahce for the Frenchman.

With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joining Arsenal in the last window, the Turkish slant is Lacazette’s future at the Emirates looks uncertain.

It’s hoped Comolli can convince Lacazette to sign for the Turkish club as the director knows the 27 year old from his time in France. The ex Tottenham man was the sporting director at St Etienne, whilst Lacazette was at their local rivals Lyon, which is as good a link as Fotomac can come up with.

It seems highly unlikely at this stage Fenerbahce will get a player the calibre of Lacazette, but Turkish club are allowed to dream.
