Former Queens Park Ranger midfielder Sandro has been linked with a move to French champions PSG.
The Brazilian is a free agent this summer following the relegation of his last club Benevento.
TMW have claimed Sandro could be a target for PSG this summer, and that they may no longer face competition from AC Milan. Recently installed PSG manager Thomas Tuchel is an admirer of the player and that contact with his agent could be made soon.
Sandro was recently linked with a move to AC Milan, but the Serie A side have stalled on talks with the midfielder. The Italian club may have sanctions implemented on them by UEFA and subsequently they’ve backed away from a deal with the South American.
During his time with QPR Sandro’s appearances were limited due to injuries, playing just 34 league games whilst at Loftus Road. The player eventually left QPR for a move to Turkey, but if these reports are accurate he could be back in the big time again.
It sounds a long shot, but with Thiago Motta retiring, perhaps PSG are looking for a cheap stand-in.
