SabahSpor report Galatasaray boss Igor Tudor is looking to solve his right back problem by signing Manchester City’s Bacary Sagna. Tudor believes the 34-year old is the ideal candidate for the right back spot in his team, and could try to sign the player in the summer.

The Turkish giants are currently in a tricky financial situation so they’ll look to target free agents in the next window to help them get through FFP tests. Sagna’s contract with Manchester City will expire at the end of the season, and it seems unlikely the Premier League side will offer him a new deal, given they are showing an interest in Monaco’s Djibril Sidibe and others.

The French international has been getting games under Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola this season, but his future at the Etihad still remains in the balance. Sagna has played 24 games for Manchester City this season and has made 2 assists.

Galatasaray are not the only admirers of Sagna with arch rivals Fenerbahçe previously being linked with a move for the player. Both are experiencing financial problems, and will be targeting out of contract players this summer.
