SporX claim Fenerbahçe are chasing Stoke City’s attacker Bojan Krkic, and the Turkish club are ready to offer him a loan move to kickstart his career.

Bojan is currently on loan at Mainz, but it seems certain he will leave the German club at the end of the season.

Under investigation for FFP, Fenerbahçe will have to spend wisely this summer or risk being banned from European competition. The Turkish giants subsequently are looking at cheaper options, and the Stoke City player has emerged as a target.

Bojan’s time at Stoke City looks to be in question with manager Mark Hughes clearly not seeing him as an integral part of his future plans.

The 26-year old took the decision to join Mainz in the last window in order get to more games, but this hasn’t been the case. Bojan has only started 4 Bundesliga games from a possible 10, even though Mainz have been struggling.

Bojan is contracted at Stoke City until 2020, so it could make sense for him to leave on another loan deal.
