Sevilla striker Fernando Llorente has reportedly agreed terms to join Swansea City.
According to Spanish newspaper AS, the 31-year-old sees the Welsh club as the perfect option to try another league, where the more physical football suits him better.
Now the player is negotiating how to leave Sevilla. The Spanish side wanted to receive some money for the transfer, but as they want to get rid of his high wages and the two years left on his contract, the deal could end up costing nothing for Swansea.
AS says the Spanish side have already told Llorente that he won’t have many minutes if he stays for the next season. With seven goals in 36 appearances, he’s not been able to convince on his return to La Liga.
