FC Porto have made contact with West Ham United regarding a deal for Luís Guilherme, with the Brazilian seriously struggling for minutes with the Hammers.
The 18-year-old has had just 50 minutes of senior action this season and his camp will probably believe he needs more than that to aid his development.
O Jogo report Porto have come forward and there’s a belief West Ham are open to loaning the youngster out today. It’s made very clear by O Jogo that this potential move is in its very early stages with the contact from Porto described as being ‘exploratory’.
That probably means they want to get an idea of the rough look of a potential deal before then going further with their interest. Of course, things will need to get a move given the Portuguese window also closes this evening.
Porto isn’t the only possible destination, with Luís Guilherme also of interest to Sporting, Feyenoord and Shakhtar Donetsk.
After arriving at West Ham from Palmeiras, the Brazilian has a Hammers contract lasting until 2029.
