Leicester City are expected to continue the negotiations for Eduardo Sasha. The Foxes had a €9m bid turned down on Wednesday, as Internacional are pushing for a few more millions.
Speaking to Sport Witness, the striker’s agent Matheus Assaf has confirmed the offer: “Exactly, that was the first bid.”
It shouldn’t take long for Leicester to make a new approach, and as the first offer wasn’t too far from what Internacional reportedly asked (€12m), an agreement is very likely to happen.
The player’s economic rights are divided between Inter (60%), himself (30%) and a group of investors (10%).
Despite being Internacional’s top scorer this season, with 10 goals in 29 games, Sasha is considered completely negotiable by the Brazilian club, who have spotted a chance to make some money.
Leicester City just need to find the right price and they can snatch Sasha away and give the 24 year old at shot at the Premier League, and of course Champions League too.
