Rangers are one of the clubs in the race for Bayern Munich winger Yusuf Kabadayi, according to reports from Germany.

As Sky Deutschland journalist Florian Plettenberg claims there are many clubs interested in the 20-year-old, Philippe Clement’s seem to be well positioned.

It’s said Rangers compete with St. Pauli and Lecce, while ‘everything is possible’ for Kabadayi this summer.

The winger spent the season on loan at Schalke 04, who were even interested in triggering their buying clause, but found the package too expensive.

There’s just no information on how much a potential permanent transfer would cost, as Kabadayi is currently valued by Transfermarkt at just €900k. It’s then up to Rangers and other interested sides to test the waters with the first talks for the signing.

In his season with Schalke, he had five goals in 26 appearances. He’s a versatile attacker who can, and does, play on either side of the pitch or through the middle
