Everton transfer now dubbed ‘soap opera’ as Ronald Koeman waits to get his man

 

Malaga are having a bit of a drama at the moment with transfers, and Sandro Ramirez is part of that.

Another part is Paul Baysse, out of contract at Nice. The defender flew to Malaga with his family, the arrival was leaked to the press, there were pictures all over the Spanish media claiming a done deal, and now the player has had to say he was only going to have a look, a transfer isn’t certain.

That the Sandro to Everton (with that taken for granted as his destination now) transfer is dragging out is also a pain for Malaga, with Marca describing it as a soap opera. They don’t want to lose Sandro for €6m, but given they know he’s off… Malaga would like to see him in the Everton shirt so they can move on.

Naturally, each day that goes by, Everton fans probably get a little more nervous on the potential deal, so they too would like to see Sandro in their shirt sooner rather than later.

With Malaga pushing and Everton pushing, it surely can’t be too long now before Sandro is announced as Everton’s latest signing of the summer.
