Everton in talks over signing Serie A forward this summer, offer is expected soon

 

According to claims in the Italian media Everton are interested in signing Lazio forward Keita Balde. The youngster could exit the Serie A club this summer due to his ongoing contract issues, and in recent months he’s been linked with a move to the Premier League.

TMW have today reported Everton are looking to move in on Keita, and have already held talks with Lazio. With the uncertainty over Romelu Lukaku’s future at Everton, Ronald Koeman may have to bring in a replacement this summer, and the Lazio star is an option.

It’s been claimed following talks between Everton and Lazio an offer is expected soon from the Premier League side.

Everton are likely to face competition to sign the Senegal international with reports AC Milan are also showing an interest in the 22-year-old. Keita impressed for Lazio last season, but with just 12 months left on his contact the Italian side may be pressured into selling him this summer.
