Everton and Stoke City are both reportedly interested in Chelsea loanee Bertrand Traoré.
According to French outlet Foot Mercato this Thursday, Everton and Stoke are on a list of pretenders which also includes Borussia Dortmund, Lyon, Monaco, RB Leipzig and Valencia.
On contract with Chelsea until 2019, Traoré has been enjoying a great loan spell at Ajax since the start of the season. The player has 13 goals and six assists for the Dutch club, being able to make a quick impact both as a striker and as a right winger.
Traoré was also one of Ajax’s main men during the 4-1 win over Lyon for the Europa League semifinal this week, with two goals and one assist. No wonder the French side now want him as well.
Foot Mercato doesn’t seem to have any information on what conditions Chelsea would need let the player leave. The club would surely be looking at a loan deal or a permanent transfer with a buyback clause, so Stoke and Everton would have to decide if they could live with that.
