According to reports in the Turkish media, Everton will attend the Istanbul derby between Fenerbahce and Galatasaray on Saturday.
The Toffees have been linked with Galatasaray attacker Garry Rodrigues in recent weeks, and the purpose of the trip to Turkey will be to watch the Cape Verde international, report Aksam.
Rodrigues has been in impressive form since Faith Terim replaced Igor Tudor, and this has led to interest from other clubs, including Everton.
Last month we covered reports that Everton scouts have been reporting back to Sam Allardyce with regards to Rodrigues, and there were suggestions the player could be heading to the Premier League.
Everton recently conducted transfer business in Turkey when they signed Cenk Tosun for a Turkish Super Lig transfer record during the last window.
However, it seems Everton will have to offer a transfer fee similar to what they paid Besiktas for Tosun after Galatasaray president Mustafa Cengiz confirmed last week he would be looking for bids in the region of €30m.
