Takvim claim Galatasaray are expecting a bid for their central defender Christian Luyindama this summer, with Everton reported to be interested in him.
The Congolese defender has been sidelined with a knee injury since November and is expected to return to the side next season.
There were reports in the Turkish press that Luyindama was on the verge of joining Aston Villa in January before he picked up his injury, with claims Gala were set to sell him to Dean Smith’s side.
It’s reported agents are now knocking on Galatasaray’s door with regards to Luyindama and it’s stated that Everton are ready to offer €15m to sign him.
Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti will be in the market this summer to strengthen his squad and Luyindama could help to bolster his defence.The 26 year old made 15 appearances for Galatasaray this season prior to his injury and is under contract with the club until June 2022.
