Fotospor report Everton are content with Henry Onyekuru’s performances and the development he’s shown whilst on loan with Galatasaray.

Onyekuru has scored 12 league goals for the Istanbul club this season and he’s been a key player for Fatih Terim since his arrival last summer.

According to Fotospor, Everton are looking to receive a work permit for Onyekuru as they plan for the next campaign. The youngster had to be sent out on loan to the Super Lig club due to not receiving a permit in the summer.

Last season he was sent to Anderlecht on a temporary basis, at least partly for the same reason.

However, it’s claimed Galatasaray will look to capitalise if Onyekuru fails to be issued with a work permit and they will put in a request with Everton for another loan deal.

We covered claims from Turkey that clubs such as Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and PSG are all following Onyekuru’s progress.

The 21-year old is under contract at Everton until June 2022.
