Fanatik report Everton are closely following the progress of Henry Onyekuru because the Merseyside club are hoping he can be involved with them next season.
The youngster is currently on loan with Galatasaray due to his continuing problems getting a work permit to play in the Premier League.
According to Fanatik, Everton’s scouting team have given a detailed report to the technical staff and it’s reported the English club are pleased with his form for Galatasaray this season.
The Nigerian winger scored a brace against Sivasspor last weekend and his overall performances have been impressive.
It’s claimed Everton are hoping Onyekuru will be granted a work permit to play in England ahead of next season.
Galatasaray are also looking to sign the player on a permanent deal after reports this week the Turkish club are looking to sell Garry Rodrigues to fund a move for the 21 year old. That plan is likely to fail, especially with Everton seeing a long term future for the player.
Onyekuru has made 20 appearances for Galatasaray in all competitions this season, scoring 6 goals.
