According to a claim in the Turkish media, Everton have offered Henry Onyekuru to Galatasaray, but this time the English side don’t want a dry loan deal.
Last season the 22 year old was sent out on loan to the Super Lig side where he impressed for the majority of the campaign, helping them to a domestic double.
In the past few weeks the Everton player has been linked with a return to Gala, and Fotospor have today reported on the latest developments regarding his future.
The Turkish media outlet says Everton are again concerned about getting a work permit for Onyekuru after being rejected in the past. This led to loan spells with Anderlecht and Galatasaray.
Subsequently, Fotospor claim the Toffees are looking to offload the attacker and will not just loan him out for a season. It’s reported the Premier League side have offered the player to Galatasaray on a temporary basis but with a mandatory redemption clause.
Onyekuru has yet to make his debut for Everton due to his ongoing problems getting a work permit and a decision is likely to be made on him sooner rather than later.
