Sabah today report Everton attacker Henry Onyekuru has been ruled out for up to six weeks due to injury.
The youngster is currently on loan with Galatasaray for the season.
It’s reported the Everton owned player could be sidelined for four to six weeks with a muscle problem, which will come as a blow to Galatasaray with the upcoming Champions League clash with Schalke.
The winger has been a regular for the Turkish side since his move in the last transfer window and played 85 minutes in their last league game against Antalyaspor earlier this month.
Onyekuru was sent to Galatasaray for the season due to his continuing issues over a work permit.
Last season the 21 year old was loaned out to Belgian side Anderlecht by the Merseyside club and spoke several times of his desire to return to Goodison Park and play for the Toffees.
The player is still waiting to make his competitive Everton debut due to work permit issues. In order to qualify for the paperwork, Onyekuru needs to impress as much as possible and any injury layoff is of course a blow to that in a short season.
