These past few days have seen the reemergence of the Moise Kean to Everton stories that were relatively rife in January, and they’re back with a bang.

The Juventus youngster’s behavioural issues on international duty with Italy’s U21s didn’t go down well with the Serie A champions, while the player’s apparent indecision over signing a new contract is making them question his commitment.

We covered most of this on Tuesday, and Wednesday’s Gazzetta dello Sport explain it’s pretty much all up to Kean now.

As his current deal expires in June 2020, this could be Juventus’ last chance to make some money off the youngster, and the Italian newspaper state a decision needs to be made: either he renews his contract or the process of finding him a new experience begins.

Everton are said to be ‘leading’ Premier League interest in Kean’s services, suggesting there are others in England’s top-tier who wouldn’t mind the 19-year-old in their squad, while Ajax, as previously reported, are also in the mix.

The forward wants to play regular first-team football, having shown what he can do when called upon late in the season by Max Allegri, and it’ll be great news for Everton if Maurizio Sarri can’t guarantee him that.

Undoubtedly more to come in the next few days on this.
