On June 11th, Fussball Transfers explained Tottenham Hotspur have ‘knocked on the door’ for Ivan Perišić.

The same outlet now provides the latest development on the case and states Everton have joined Spurs in the race for the Inter Milan owned player.

Perišić is on loan at Bayern Munich and they retain an option to make his stay permanent.

According to Fussball Transfers, the winger has ‘no future’ at Bayern and his prospects of playing for Inter are ‘not much better’. Therefore, a move to England could be a possibility.

The main focus of the report is on a potential swap deal with Manchester United, involving the 31-year-old and Alexis Sánchez, followed by a short update about Spurs and Everton.

It’s claimed the Red Devils are not the only Premier League side who could sign the Croatian as Spurs the Toffees also want him.

Perišić has two years left on his contract at Inter and the report states Antonio Conte’s side ‘recently demanded’ €15m for him. If a deal has to be concluded, Inter could ask for a fee in and around that region.

The wideman has four goals and three assists in 22 league appearances for Bayern.
