Fanatik today claims Galatasaray will make a move for Henry Onyekuru now the Turkish season has ended but Everton’s stance over the player is making things difficult for the Super Lig club.

Yesterday, Galatasaray vice president Abdurrahim Albayrak spoke to Trt Spor and said Onyekuru would like to continue with the Istanbul club after helping the them retain their league title.

According to Fanatik, Galatasaray manager Fatih Terim is also a big fan of Onyekuru as previously reported in Turkey. He too wants to continue with the Nigerian winger.

However, Everton are demanding €15m for the 21 year old which could be an issue for Gala given their financial situation.

It’s also reported by the Turkish newspaper that Onyekuru has caught the attention of Valencia and AS Monaco, and both clubs could make an offer to Everton this summer.

Galatasaray will do everything they can in order to secure Onyekuru for next season, but the interest from other clubs could prove to be an issue.

The young attacker finished the season as top scorer at Galatasaray, with 16 goals in 43 appearances.
