Matías Vecino is no longer non-transferable for Inter Milan, claims FcInterNews.

According to the report, Antonio Conte’s side have so far not yet received any proposal for the 28-year-old.

Therefore, his agent Alessandro Lucci tried to ‘probe the ground’ with AC Milan, while clubs outside Italy, like Sevilla and Everton, conducted polls.

Regarding the Merseyside club, it’s claimed Carlo Ancelotti has asked the Toffees for reinforcements in January and the former Chelsea boss has set his sights on bringing a new midfielder to Goodison Park.

For now, the report only states Everton are one of the clubs to have probed for the South American and Inter are willing to open the exit door, provided they receive a fee of around €20m.

The fee quoted by Inter is the same figure demanded by Barcelona and Tottenham Hotspur for Arturo Vidal and Christian Eriksen respectively. The Nerazzurri are trying to bring one of those players in during January.

Vecino, whose contract at Inter expires in 2022, has one goal and two assists in 14 league appearances this season.
