According to Sporx, Everton winger Henry Onyekuru has arrived in Istanbul and he’s very close to joining Galatasaray for a season’s loan.
It’s reported that the player has already passed his medical ahead of his imminent move, and he’s set to join Galatasaray.
Sporx report the Onyekuru is being represented by William D’Avila, also Badou Ndiaye’s agent, and the player could be seen as an alternative to Kasimpasa’s Trezeguet.
Galatasaray are also looking to get a deal done for the Stoke City midfielder after the Potters’ relegation to the Championship.
Onyekuru will join Galatasaray on a loan deal say Sporx, as the Turkish club look set to strengthen their squad ahead of the Champions League next season
The young attacker made 19 appearances for Anderlecht in the Jupiler league last season and scored 9 goals for the Belgian side. Onyekuru is still waiting to make his Everton debut after arriving from Eupen last summer, with a work permit barrier still being an issue.
