AC Milan could look to make a January moveĀ forĀ Lazio attacker Keita Balde Diao, according to claims in the Italian media. The youngster has had his issues in recent weeks with the Serie A side, and was linked with West Bromwich Albion last month.
It’s been reported Lazio are trying to renew Keitaās contract which would include a buyout clause of ā¬25m, but with AC Milanās new Chinese backing it could be hard for the Roman club to keep hold of the player.
During the last window WBA tabled an offer of ā¬18m to sign Keita just before the transfer deadline. The Premier League side were looking to take advantage of the playerās situation at Lazio, and they hoped to land him with a last minute deal.
However, Lazio were looking for offers in the region of ā¬30m, and subsequently WBA didnāt come back in with an improved offer.
