More claims over Rafinha’s future come from Spain on Saturday, and once again they include Liverpool. Jurgen Klopp’s side have been repeatedly linked with the Barcelona player over the past couple of months or so.
It was pointed out in mid May that Liverpool would stand a genuine chance of signing Rafinha, and that remains the case to this date.
Marca reiterate Rafinha’s desire to get minutes on the pitch to help his World Cup dreams come true. The 24 year old was considered to be a player Luis Enrique had big hopes for, but the manager leaving places yet more doubt on Rafinha’s future.
Liverpool, along with AS Roma, and Juventus, ‘have asked’ about signing the player, but nothing has gone any further than that.
Barcelona want €30m, but interested clubs may be able to get them down from that valuation.
If Jurgen Klopp is as interested as reported then Liverpool have a good chance of doing a deal.
