Russian sport outlet Sport Mail have published a report about the future of CSKA Moscow midfielder Alexander Golovin.
The Russian midfielder has been one of the standout players for CSKA this season, and recently impressed against Arsenal in the Europa League.
Sport Mail believe Golovin’s best three options if he’s to leave CSKA in the summer window would be to sign for either Brighton, Napoli or Borussia Dortmund… with all three described as interested.
They say Golovin may struggle to get regular games at a club like Napoli and subsequently would be better off moving to a club like Brighton, which they describe as his ‘dream option.’
It’s also highlighted the top ten clubs in the Premier League are unlikely to be interested in him if he were to move to England.
The Russian site goes on to say Golovin would have a good chance of getting in the Brighton team as his competition would be Davy Pröpper, Pascal Gross, Beram Kayal and Dale Stephens.
It remains to be seen if Brighton will go for Golovin in the next window say Sport Mail, but a good World Cup could raise interest.
