Tottenham Hotspur’s pursuit for Adrien Silva continues being covered in Portugal, and is getting more attention after the player ended his participation in the Confederations Cup.
A Bola have claimed Spurs are going back for the midfielder, this time with an offer of €25m plus €5m in bonuses. The Portuguese newspaper claimed it wouldn’t be enough to buy him, with a total of €35m now wanted, but there’s a different opinion from elsewhere in Portugal.
A Bola believe €30m would be considered a good offer for Adrien.
It’s recalled that Tottenham’s €20m bid was recently rejected, but due to the player’s request to the board, all new offers would be analysed a little more carefully.
That’s why despite having turned down Leicester City’s €30m bid last year, Sporting president Bruno de Carvalho would attend to Silva’s request this time and start hearing offers from that amount. That’s the minimum they will take.
For A Bola, hitting the €30m mark is enough, but Record disagree.
