Takvim report Fenerbahce are targeting Brighton and Hove Albion striker Jurgen Locadia as they are keen to strengthen their squad before the Turkish transfer window closes at the end of the month.
The Turkish giants have only signed Vedat Muriqi from Rizespor this summer and they are keen to add another striker to the squad, with Locadia reportedly a target.
Last weekend the Dutch attacker started Brighton’s first game of the season against Watford but Takvim say Fenerbahce could still look to bring him in on a temporary basis.
Fenerbahce sporting director Damien Comolli will fly to England next week for the 25 year old and Takvim claim the Super Lig club want to loan him for free as they will cover all of his wages.
Locadia joined Brighton from PSV in 2018 for €17m but he’s failed to establish himself since arriving in England.
However, his situation could change after the arrival of Graham Potter earlier this summer, and if he starts against West Ham at the weekend, it might be an indicator the new manager counts on him.
