Jurgen Klopp hasn’t been happy with Hertha Berlin recently, in the best possible way.
Bild report that Klopp and Liverpool have a good relationship with the German club.
Brazilian Allan was sent to the club last season and this time around Marko Grujic is at Hertha on loan. The German newspaper explain that Liverpool’s boss has ‘again and again’ praised the youth work which goes on at the club.
Grujic has recently been at his parent club for treatment on an injury, with the side clearly still seeing a long term future for the young midfielder.
Whilst there, he encountered Klopp who this time wasn’t such a big Hertha Berlin fan: “Jurgen is still a big Dortmund fan. When I was there, Hertha had just got a 2-2 at BVB. He didn’t like it and was upset.
“He is still very interested in the Bundesliga. He wanted to know everything.”
Bild believe Klopp will soon be positive towards Hertha, hoping they can help take Grujic to the next level.
Following an ankle injury, the 22 year old is expected to return for his loan club against Hoffenheim on November 24th.
