Chelsea’s Cesare Casadei has been on the fringes of the club’s first-team since he arrived from Inter Milan in 2022.
He couldn’t seal a summer exit and while AC Milan were linked with the 21-year-old yesterday, there is now more interest reported in the Italian midfielder.
Tuttomercatoweb have reported that Casadei’s lack of game time will push him towards a January exit. There is interest from Monza, Real Betis and PSV Eindhoven as well.
The outlet mention that ‘in last few hours’, interest from Feyenoord has cropped has advanced. The Dutch giants have decided to speed up and race ahead of competition in the chase for the Chelsea outcast, who has been described as a player of ‘great talent’.
Feyenoord are now ready to make a January move for the Italy U21 star and they want to help him earn more game time and elevate his status.
The fact that multiple clubs are interested in Casadei can help the Blues, who could use that to get a favourable loan move which would benefit the player’s future value.
