Everton have been linked to Marcelo Brozovic previously, as have half the Premier League.

That’s not to suggest the midfielder isn’t worthy of such of move, he’s probably done enough to suggest he’s worth a gamble, but Inter always seem to get impatient with players before they should do and Brozovic has been sat on that step for a while.

FC Inter News claim Everton have submitted a €16m offer for the player, and it’s pointed out that’s around half Brozovic’s release clause with Inter Milan.

The clause of course doesn’t matter as there’s unlikely anyone willing to pay that for the 25 year old right now.

It’s claimed ‘developments are awaited’, and it’s not stated the Everton offer has been knocked back by Inter.

This could be a difficult one for the end of the window, but if Everton are seriously interested in the midfielder then there’s a possibility a deal could be found.
