Fotospor report Fenerbahce could sell Ferdi Kadioglu to Derby County this month because of the financial situation at the club, and talks between the two sides are set to continue in the coming days.
The Turkish side need to sell some of their players to bring in new recruits, and Fotospor report Kadioglu could leave the Super Lig club for this reason.
It’s claimed Fenerbahce want €12m from the sale of the Dutch U21 international but Derby County have told them they can only pay something between €5m and €6m.
Fotospor claim both sides are ‘determined’ to reach an agreement and it will be no surprise if Kadioglu leaves Fenerbahce to be re-united with Phillip Cocu at Pride Park.
The 20 year old attacking midfielder has been in good for form for Fener this season when called upon. In his 10 appearances for the club, Kadioglu has scored three goals and provided two assists.
His contract at the Ulker Stadium will expire at the end of June 2022.
